Whether you are a Manufacturer, a Distributor, a Roofing Contractor, or a D.I.Y. Home Owner – we can help you with your METAL ROOF job planning requirements. We also can do TILE and SHINGLE ROOFS as well.

The purpose of this website is to provide you an accurate metal roof take-off that includes

  • a production ready Panel Cut-List
  • a visual Panel Lay-Out
  • a list of trim metals
  • a list of general accessory items

In order to provide you a production ready metal roof panel cut-list for your project, we will require a dimensioned sketch or architectural plans, and some basic information (like a roof pitch), which you can provide to us in several ways – by fax, by email, or by sending us a link to an ftp website in the case of large commercial jobs.

Standard take-offs include a maximum of 3 revisions (one revision is frequently necessary, three almost never).

Trim and Accessories items listed are based on general measurements and industry practices which may vary from a regional and local perspective. Quantities provided are not absolute requirements and may need to be adjusted based on specific job conditions and requirements.

When using our service please understand that this process is based on information you have provided and it is your responsibility to understand and see the process through to the point of being ready for panel production with a supplier of your choosing. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have.

It is the customers responsibility to

  • determine panel desired or required by specification
  • provide accurate measurements
  • field verify the provided take-off information
  • submit any revision requests
  • communicate design changes to us for update
  • ask questions if unclear on anything

We will work with you and see that you are satisfied with our part of the process and the quality of the information that we have provided based on your input. We can be reached by email at “estimator@metalroofestimating.com”.
